50 Points • Good Standing Budget
An organization budget is prepared by the treasurer and/or president each semester, with the knowledge of the organization adviser. Organizations need not submit actual dollar amounts with their budgets. Percentage allotments indicating the percentage of funding to be spent on a particular event or area will suffice. (i.e. Scholarship = 35%, Social = 15%, etc.)
box   Attach a finalized budget with appropriate signatures to the annual evaluation report.

50 Points Available • Money Management
An adequate and detailed ledger system is maintained and monthly reporting to the organization, and any other relevant parties (i.e, adviser) is required. See a sample ledger at www.snc.edu/safac. Submitted ledgers must have the organization's adviser (indicating he/she has been kept up to date) and treasurer (indicating he/she has kept adviser and president up to date) signatures.
