Green Knights Organization Evaluation Program

The intent of the Green Knight Organization program is to provide a framework for organizations to quantify and document their activities and successes, while creating a tool for Leadership, Service & Involvement and potential members to evaluate them. This is designed to be a best practices/benchmarking rubric for organizations. Our most successful organizations--based on such things as sustainability, community relations, sound financial management and public relations--will have 5 Green Knights.

The best practices rubric is based on 600 total points divided into six equal categories: Administration, Finance, Membership Recruitment and Development, Risk Management, Service & Activities. Please see each section for details on the categories.

How the Points Add Up for Knight Status

Five Green Knight Status 90% or better (540-600 points achieved)	Four Green Knight Status 77-89% (462-539 points achieved)	Three Green Knight Status 64-76% (384-461 points achieved)
Two Green Knight Status 51-63% (306-383 points achieved)	One Green Knight Status 37-50% (222-305 points achieved)

The assessment of different components of this program is done primarily through the analysis of the annual evaluation report provided by the organization each February that encompasses two previous semesters. The evaluation report is simply a compilation of all the registrations and documentation requested within this Green Knights Organization Evaluation Program.
