The organization completes 4 service projects, 2 each semester.
Submit an
Entry Form for each service/philanthropic project to the Department of Leadership, Service & Involvement prior to the service project. Ten points per project up to 40 points.

40 Points • Comprehensive Evaluation of Service Activities
The organization fully completes the comprehensive evaluation for their service activities and submits this with their annual evaluation report. This includes the following:
- 85% of membership participate in preparation, education, and orientation to the site,
- 85% participate in at least one direct service project
- 85% participate in reflection/evaluation of project
- organization maintains a service oriented partnership for at least two years
Submit all Entry Forms prior to each service project.
Submit a
Project Summary Form,
Action Form,
Reflection Form and
Evaluation Form at most one week after each service project.

20 Points • Service Public Relations
Awarded to organizations that publicize the service work they complete by sharing pictures or stories at Access, SNC Times, Green Bay Press Gazette, or other public forum.
Attach a copy of the publicity such as article or pictures with the annual evaluation report.
