All organizations are required to submit a Green Knight Semester Report form by December 4 and April 1. This form is reviewed by the Department of Leadership Development, Service & Engagement, placed in the organization’s file and outstanding organizations are submitted to the student organization award committee as part of your recognition.
The Green Knight Report form can be
downloaded here. It can be completed and submitted online, or printed and turned in to the LSE office, Campus Center room 330. Following are the components of the report, based on recognition requirements:
- Educational Programs the group attended (Greek & Independent organizations are required to attend two programs per semester) Download the form here.
- Service Projects the group performed (Greek & Independent organizations are required to perform two projects per semester) Download the form here.
- Awards the group received
- Accomplishments the group is proud of
- Fund raising activities
- Any other concerns or issues the group would like LSE or SGA to know about
The form serves as a checklist for accomplishing objectives and if completed as you go, another easy way to accomplish college expectations. Once submitted, the Green Knight Report serves as an organizational record for the archives. Make sure you keep a copy for your own records.
Failure to submit an Annual Report by the deadline does have implications on your recognized status. Please make a substantial effort to get this report submitted on time.
