All organizations are required to submit an Annual Report form by March 14. This form is reviewed by the Department of Leadership, Service & Involvement, placed in the organization’s file and outstanding organizations are submitted to the SGA Student Organization Affairs committee as part of your recognition.
The Annual Report form can be
downloaded here. It can be completed and submitted online, or printed and turned in to the LSI office. Following are the components of the report, based on recognition requirements:
- Educational Programs the group attended (social/service organizations are required to attend two programs per semester)
- Service Projects the group performed (social/service organizations are required to perform two projects per semester)
- Awards the group received
- Accomplishments the group is proud of
- Fund raising activities
- Any other concerns or issues the group would like LSI or SGA to know about
The form serves as a checklist for accomplishing objectives and if completed as you go, another easy way to accomplish college expectations. Once submitted, the Annual Report serves as an organizational record for the archives. Make sure you keep a copy for your own records.
Failure to submit an Annual Report by the deadline does have implications on your recognized status. Please make a substantial effort to get this report submitted on time.
