The Student Organization Resource Room (SORR) is just what it says it is --the primary resource for student organizations! SORR is located on the third floor of the Campus Center and is accessible anytime the building is open.

SORR offers many amenities for all recognized student organizations. These include easy access to the core organizations who have offices there (E2K, SGA, RHA, Greek Life/Beyond Borders, and Times), computer access, graphic supplies, work space, letter machine, mailboxes, printed resources and a small meeting room.

SORR use is intended for organization endeavors (i.e., meetings, program planning, etc.; not birthday parties, social events, etc.) so it is important that you do not misuse the supplies in this room.

Mailboxes
Mailboxes for recognized student organizations are located in SORR in the Campus Center. All mail that is addressed to the organization (from off- and on-campus) is sent here. Banner account statements, fundraising responses, notices and announcements are all part of the mail coming in. Make sure to check your box regularly.

All mail to an organization should be addressed as follows: “Organization Name, RVDH Campus Center, St. Norbert College, De Pere, WI 54115.”

Supplies
The supplies and equipment in the room are very helpful in helping your organization to publicize events and take care of administrative tasks. Following is a complete list of what you will find in SORR, including equipment and resources:

The Citizen
The Citizen (SNC Student Handbook) contains all institutional policies, including organization policies that must be abided by. All SNC students and organizations are responsible for knowing the contents in this book. The Citizen is available online at www.snc.edu/studentlife/citizen.html
