University of Limerick

Program:

• University of Limerick is located near the town of Limerick, on the shores of the Shannon River.

• Students enroll in 5 classes in university of 12,000 students to receive 4 credits here.

• Popular subjects include: Biology, Chemistry, Business and Economics, Environmental Science, Informatics and Technology, Political Science, and General Education courses (GS 10 and 11)

• Three field trips included each semester to Dublin, Cork and western Ireland.

• Rugby Study Abroad Programme - In fall semester, can play on UL Bohemian RFC while taking 5 classes.  Includes full uniform, tickets to two domestic and one international match. 

• Accommodations: On-campus Student Apartments with Irish and International students.

  Spring 2012:  January 19 - May 14 (Airport pickup January 17 and 18)
  
  Fall 2012: September 6 - December 14 (Airport pickup Sept 4 and 5)
  Spring 2013: January 24 - May 20 (Airport pickup Jan 22 and 23)
