Joyce Tullbane joined the Center for International Education staff in September 2001 as the Interim Director of Study Abroad, before shifting into her current position.

Prior to her arrival at St. Norbert College, she founded and managed an overseas school supply store at the American School of Madrid in Spain, worked as the CFO of the National Moving & Storage Association in Washington, D.C. and served as an accountant with the Green Bay Country Club.

Her overseas experience includes living in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany for four years and Madrid, Spain for five years, as well as two summers in Honduras and Guatemala during high school.

In addition, she has traveled extensively professionally and as a tourist to Asia, Oceania, Eurasia and Latin America.
