Marburg
At BCA Marburg, students are fully immersed in German language and culture. Students live in the picturesque town of Marburg and take classes at Philipps University, where they choose courses from more than 20 departments.
A BCA on-site director helps students negotiate the German university system, makes arrangements for housing, accompanies students on program excursions and assists students throughout the semester.
*Students take a pre-sessional intensive German class and then enroll in 4 courses at the
Philipps University. Most courses are taught in German although there are some courses available in English in the English Department and in the Center for Conflict Studies.
*Accommodations: Students are housed in university dormitories in single room, living with German and international students.
*Dates:
Fall: late August to mid December
Spring: late February to late July
*GPA Requirement: 2.6 plus students must have completed through German 204
