Professional profile
Mr. Kotecki received his master's degree in international affairs with an emphasis in education from Ohio University.

He has worked with several research facilities including the National Opinion Research Center (NORC), the Research Triangle Institute (RTI) and the Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI).

Mr. Kotecki has also served as project director and financial manager for national surveys for the Department of Education, Labor and Defense and the National Institute of Health.

At the St. Norbert College, Mr. Kotecki oversees all business development, contracts, financial management and all phases of project research and data analysis at the Survey Center.
