The Green Bay School District Staff Development Study

The primary purpose of this survey was to seek input from the professional staff of the Green Bay public school system to determine what improvements should be made to the staff development program.

Areas covered by the survey include:

• How the staff development program is viewed in its current state
• How staff have benefited from the system
• How opinions varied based on level of education, position and years with the district
