Community Health Care Assessment: Survey of Native Americans in Brown County

The purpose of the survey was to collect information for the United Amerindian Center, Inc. (UAC) about the mental health needs of Native Americans residing off of the reservation in Brown County.

The survey focused on two groups of study:

1. Native Americans living off of the reservation and have been clients of UAC
2. Native Americans living off of the reservation and have not been clients of UAC
