Volunteer Opportunities

The Einstein Project Science Expo

a day of hands-on science fun for the entire family, is looking for volunteers on Saturday, January 14 at Shopko Hall from 9 am to 4 pm for the event. Volunteers are needed for a variety of activities. They will help with set up and take down, running booths for The Einstein Project or other vendors that are in need of help, greeting visitors as they arrive and other activities as they arise. Volunteers should have a fun attitude and be ready to enjoy the day with lots of kids and lots of science! Shifts are generally 2 to 4 hours and volunteers can work more if they like. Alternative Evenings for Middle Schoolers of Green Bay

Sarah Christensen and SWEA is partnering with the Washington Middle School and Lombardi Middle School to host alternative evenings for Middle Schoolers. Time would be right after school until the evening. We would provide food, games, activities etc. Any ideas please contact Sarah Christensen.

Pen Pal Program

Carrie Roberts partners with an AVID program where college students have a pen pal notebook for a semester with a high school student. At the end of the semester the pen pals come to SNC!
