October 26, 2011 Citrix update As we told you last week, the Citrix vendor was on campus to help us resolve the problems affecting the lab and classroom computers. After making some changes to the servers, we believe that most of the problems have been resolved. However, we need your help in determining if the servers are indeed functioning properly. There may still be other smaller issues that we haven't yet identified. We are asking that everyone please report problems that have occurred this week only, since Monday morning. Please do not mention problems that you experienced prior to this week. We want to know about any and all problems you experience with Windows-based computers in the classrooms, Cofrin computer labs, or Library. When reporting problems, please include as much detail as possible, such as when & where the problem occurred, what program you were trying to open, what you tried to fix it (e.g., restarting the computer) and if that worked, etc. This will assist us in identifying any remaining issues that need to be addressed.
