December 15, 2011 Logging in to Ricoh printers We are currently experiencing a problem with Equitrac that is preventing people from logging in to the Ricoh printers/copiers. Campus computers can still print to these devices, but it is not possible to log in to them to scan, make copies, or retrieve print jobs from SecurePrint. IT is working with the vendor to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
