May 10, 2012 Printing problems resolved We believe that all of the campus printing problems have been resolved. If the printer in your area was updated today, you will need to reset your print PINs. For instructions, see: http://www.snc.edu/techsupport/docs/printpins.html Also, Windows users may need to reset their default printer. To do so, go to Start -- Settings -- Printers and Faxes (Windows XP) or Start -- Devices and Printers (Windows 7). Right-click on the printer you wish to set as the default and choose "Set as default printer." If you are still having problems printing or logging in to MFPs/copiers, please contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@snc.edu, http://www.snc.edu/service, xHELP/4357) and let us know exactly what problem you are having with which printers/MFPs.
