Online Service Request Form
The Facilities and Computer Services Departments are pleased to announce a new online form for submitting service requests. You can use this form to report problems or make requests to Facilities, Telecommunications, Media Services, and Computer Services.
To access the form, go to http://www.snc.edu/service. You will be required to log in with your SNC login ID and password. Once there, simply select from the drop-down boxes to define your problem or question, and write a detailed description. Please be as specific as possible when explaining your request.
For the time being, Facilities work orders may still be submitted using the old paper forms, but those will eventually be phased out.
