August 31, 2011 Printing problems The IT department is aware of the current campus printing problems and has been trying to resolve them since yesterday. This is extremely difficult to troubleshoot because there is no consistent pattern of failure. We are in contact with the manufacturer and local consultants and are doing everything we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We're currently in the process of restarting the server, so printing will be completely unavailable until the server has come back online. We are not sure yet if that will fix the problem, but we will notify you as soon as it has been resolved.
