Welcome to Theta Phi!
We are the oldest sorority on campus, founded in 1954. "Small in number, large in heart" is our personal group motto, because although we are currently a small group (with 6 active members), we are very dedicated to one another and we are committed to sharing Theta Phi spirit with other young women at St. Norbert College.

We are a local organization, which means we do not have other chapters at different campuses. We believe that it is not Theta Phi that defines us, but it is the members that define Theta Phi. In that sense, the sorority is constantly evolving with each new member that comes in.

Why join?
Theta Phi is a very unique group of women. We come from all walks of life, but we are tied together by a very strong bond of sisterhood. We have a lot of fun together, but we also work hard.

When you have Theta Phi letters in front of you, you know that you always have sisters behind you.

When you join Theta Phi, you are committing to the success of the group and of yourself. We are dedicated to academics, which is evident because we have the 2nd highest cumulative GPA of the 5 sororities on campus. We are also involved in philanthropic activities on campus and in the surrounding community.
