Any student, faculty, staff member, or applicant for admission or education who has concerns about sex discrimination or sexual misconduct is encouraged to seek the assistance of a Title IX coordinator.

Informal Resolution

Interim Measures
When a St. Norbert College student or employee has made a Title IX report and/or filed a complaint, interim measures may be taken to protect and support the victim/survivor. Specific interim measures that are available depend on the specific circumstances and the request for confidentiality and are determined on an individual basis. However, some interim measures include change(s) in academic, residential or extracurricular activities.

Informal Resolution
When appropriate, some complaints may be resolved informally. Informal resolutions are only possible when the violations do not involve sexual assault and/or do not rise to the level of a crime. If the Complainant seeks an informal resolution, this option is made available to the Respondent. Either party may elect to have a formal investigation of the complaint at any period prior to the informal resolution agreement. When there is agreement between both parties, the Title IX coordinator or a Title IX deputy coordinator will facilitate the informal resolution.
