St. Norbert College will take remedial action, including as appropriate, disciplinary and non-disciplinary action to eliminate sexual misconduct, gender-based and relationship violence, and harassment to prevent its future recurrence.
Sanctions for the violation(s) of the Gender-Based Misconduct and Sexual Harassment Policy may include, but are not limited to, reprimand, probation, suspension or dismissal. These violations are considered violations of human dignity, and as such, faculty tenure status is not a protection against such violations. In cases involving tenured faculty, the appropriate steps will be followed in accordance with the Employee Handbook and Faculty Handbook. In cases involving students, the appropriate steps will be followed in accordance with the Sexual Misconduct Sanctioning Guidelines.
