Any student, faculty, staff member, or applicant for admission who has concerns about sex discrimination or sexual misconduct is encouraged to seek the assistance of a Title IX coordinator.

St. Norbert College will take remedial action, including as appropriate, disciplinary and non-disciplinary action to eliminate sexual misconduct, gender-based and relationship violence, and harassment to prevent its future recurrence.

Sanctions for the violation(s) of the Gender-Based Misconduct and Sexual Harassment Policy may include, but are not limited to, reprimand, probation, suspension or dismissal. These violations are considered violations of human dignity, and as such, faculty tenure status is not a protection against such violations. In cases involving tenured faculty, the appropriate steps will be followed in accordance with the Employee Handbook and Faculty Handbook
