VMC was built in 1963 and dedicated as Wilten Hall, for the Abbey of the same name in Innsbruck, Austria. It was renamed Victor McCormick Hall in 1965 in recognition of the many gifts given to the College and the Norbertine Order by Victor McCormick, a prominent Green Bay attorney.
VMC is a coeducational residence hall for sophomore and junior students. The three-story building and its central, open courtyard, surrounded by balconies on the top two floors, promote community and interaction among residents. The rooms are arranged as suites, each with a bedroom, storage, study and reception area, a bathroom and shower. Four students share a suite.
