TRIPS Participant Application
Return to TRIPS applications Page Priority is given to applications submitted by (TBA). All trips, with the exception of flying and international trips require a $125 fare (the exceptions vary in price). Terms & ConditionsSNC students, staff and faculty who are committed to social issues, direct service, making a difference, and fun are invited to apply. Trip participants must also sign a contract that includes an agreement to share their unique experience with others in the community upon return. This may include participating in class presentations and hall forums. Participants must attend all pre-trip and post-trip meetings. Most alternative break trips cost the participant $125. The trip fee is due within one week of application acceptance. You will receive a form from us upon acceptance that you must bring to the Business Office to pay your fee. Failure to pay the fee by the deadline will result in a recindence of your application's acceptance. Please note that there are no refunds. Additional group fund raising is required from participants for most trips. If a payment plan is needed, please contact the sponsor of your trip. All deposits and trip payments are non-refundable. Our trips fill up quickly and are underwritten by the trips program; we cannot afford empty space on a trip.
