Application process
Eligibility requirements:
- You must be in 9th, 10th or 11th grade at one of the following seven target schools:

Freedom High School - Freedom, Wis.

Menominee Indian High School - Keshena, Wis.

Oneida Nation High School - Oneida, Wis.

Pulaski High School - Pulaski, Wis.
-
Seymour High School - Seymour, Wis.
-
Southwest High School - Green Bay, Wis.
-
West De Pere High School - De Pere, Wis.
- Your family must meet
federal income guidelines, and/or you must be a potential first generation college student (neither parent has a 4-year college degree).
- You must demonstrate academic need and show academic potential.
- You must be enrolled in a pre-college course curriculum and have a grade point average of at least 2.5.
- You must desire to pursue a higher education.
Students who are eligible and accepted into the program are expected to remain active participants until they graduate from high school and successfully enroll in a post-secondary institution. Students will be tracked for six years to monitor progression and successful completion of their post-secondary education.
Application process:
Once we receive your
application, it will be reviewed and your transcripts will be requested. Next, we will schedule interviews with you and your parents/guardians. Following the interviews, you will receive a letter of acceptance/denial or be placed on a waiting list. All new students and parents must attend the new student orientation in March. New students are recruited during the fall semester each year based upon the availability of space in our program. |

download an application from our web site.
