Pumpkin pie, turkey with stuffing, fruit cakes, fudge ... during the holidays we are tempted with all sorts of delicious foods! Unfortunately for most people, those holiday sweet and treats mean gaining a couple extra pounds over the holiday. We have a solution … Maintain, Dont Gain!

Participants weigh in before and after the holiday season. The goal is to maintain your pre-holiday weight within 2 pounds.

You will receive weekly email tips to help enjoy the holidays without putting on extra pounds.

The pre-holiday weigh-in will take place on Thursday, Nov. 16, and the post-holiday weigh-in will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Please enroll via the following Google Form by Friday, Nov. 10:

Weigh-ins will take place in Health & Wellness Services from 8 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (no appointment necessary.)
