a solution … Maintain, Don't Gain!
Participants weigh in before
and after the holiday season. The goal is to maintain your pre-holiday
weight within 2 pounds. Those who succeed will be entered into a drawing
to win prizes. You will receive weekly e-mail tips to help enjoy the
holidays without putting on extra pounds.
The Maintain, Don't Gain challenge runs from Nov. 18 through Jan. 2. Register by Nov. 11.
