Kristin Vogel

Special Assistant to the VPAA for Organizational Development and Strategy

Kristin Vogel is the special assistant to the vice president for academic affairs. Previously, Kristin served as the director to of the Mulva Library. As the director of the library, Kristin has had the privilege of networking with librarians across the globe to share her expertise and learn from her international colleagues. Kristin has traveled on a Fulbright grant to Bahrain to work with the National Library and the University of Bahrain. Other travel opportunities have taken her to Uganda and Ghana to work with academic librarians there. In addition, she has worked with visitors from Brazil, Colombia, Latvia, Mexico, Nigeria, Romania, Vietnam and beyond. Closer to home, she serves in elected positions one the statewide WiLS board and the national Catholic Research Resources Alliance (CRRA) board.

Kristin is called upon by the St. Norbert College Center for Exceptional Leadership (CEL) as a session facilitator on adaptive change cycles for organizations and what tools leaders can use to support teams, growth and organizational success. In that work and more, Kristin draws upon decades of teaching and public speaking experience and has recently added qualifications as a leadership and diversity coach through Coach Diversity Institute to her credentials.

As a member of the campus community, Kristin volunteers her time for SNC Day and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. Off campus, Kristin offers kayaking safety support to the Green Bay chapter of Team River Runner.
