You’ve Made a Great Choice

Congratulations on your acceptance to St. Norbert College! Here’s what you should do next:

1. Pay us a visit!
If you haven’t been to campus yet (or if you want a second look), a visit is sure to get you excited about SNC as a place to spend the next four years. It’s easy to schedule an in-person or virtual visit.

2. Apply for financial aid by completing your FAFSA
Beginning Oct. 1, 2021, with priority by Jan. 1, 2022. Apply on the FAFSA website. (St. Norbert code is 003892).

3. Activate your SNC network account
By establishing this account, you’ll be able to securely access your financial aid offer when it’s available.

  • Go to snc.edu/pw and click “Activate your Account.”
  • Enter your nine-digit St. Norbert College ID number. (You can find it on the checklist we mailed along with your acceptance. If you’ve misplaced it, your admission counselor can provide it.)
  • Enter your date of birth (and last four digits of your SSN, if prompted); click “Submit.”
  • Note your six-letter SNC login ID (composed from the letters in your name) at the top of the page when you create your password.
  • Create a new password while keeping in mind the password requirements.

4. Access your financial aid offer (starting early December)

  • Go to snc.edu/knightline
  • Select "KnightLine Login."
  • Enter your six-letter SNC login ID.
  • Enter your SNC network password.
  • Once logged in, click on "Financial Aid" to view your offer.
  • If you experience problems, please call us at 920-403-3005.

5. Submit your enrollment deposit
When youve decided that St. Norbert is your college of choice, we ask that you secure your spot with a deposit. An enrollment deposit is your commitment to attend St. Norbert and ensures that we will hold a place for you in our Class of 2026. After we receive your deposit, you will be able to register for summer orientation and housing. Housing priority is determined by deposit date.

NOTE: Your enrollment deposit is nonrefundable.

  • Submit $350 nonrefundable enrollment deposit, which covers enrollment costs.
  • Pay your deposit online and provide the required information.
  • If you choose to pay your deposit by mailing a check, please use the deposit slip in your acceptance packet.

6. Apply for specialty scholarships

Based on your involvement throughout high school, you may be eligible to apply for a specialty scholarship. Application deadlines vary.
