PLATTEVILLE - St. Norbert College allowed three second-half goals and that would be all host UW-Platteville would need in a 3-0 non-conference win over the Green Knights at Pioneer Stadium.

St. Norbert (0-3) outshot UW-Platteville 3-1 in the first half, but the Pioneers countered with a 10-3 shots advantage in the game's final 45 minutes to pull away.

Platteville's Anna Strasser scored at the 49 minute 34 second mark for the game's first goal. Sarah Eck followed at 64:48 and Allie Metcalfe scored at 89:29 for the other two goals for the Pioneers (5-2).

Cara Tazioli made five saves for St. Norbert, while Kaitlyn Wiedeman made one save to post the shutout for Platteville.
