St. Norbert Loses Another Overtime Crusher

KENOSHA - St. Norbert College dropped its second straight overtime contest with a 1-0 loss to Ashford University in the Carthage College Battle on the Border at Art Keller Field.

The Green Knights fell to 1-4 on the year, while Ashford improved to 6-0-3.

Vedran Ilic's goal at the 97 minutes 4 seconds mark was the game's only score. Ashford outshot St. Norbert by a 12-6 margin.

Eric Tauschek made seven saves for the Green Knights, while Nick Roman had four stops for Ashford.

Ashford also held the corner kicks advantage 2-0, while St. Norbert had a 13-11 edge in fouls.
