St. Norbert Earns Two Wins in Copper Country

HANCOCK, Mich. - St. Norbert College's long trip to Upper Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula resulted in a pair of wins for the Green Knights at the Finlandia University Invitational.

St. Norbert (6-4) topped Finlandia 25-5, 25-10, 25-18 before dispatching Milwaukee School of Engineering 25-14, 25-17, 25-18.

Breanne Brocker led the Green Knights against Finlandia, posting 12 kills against one error in 14 attempts for a .786 hitting percentage. Emily Rohde set up the offense with 19 assists, while Catherine Guido had 15 digs. Alex Bresser finished with seven service aces, and the Green Knights totaled 12 as a team.

Heidi Spies led St. Norbert with seven kills against MSOE, while Brocker added six. Abby West had 24 assists and 10 digs. Guido and Brocker also had 14 digs apiece.
