St. Norbert Wins Tenth Straight Match

DE PERE - St. Norbert College extended its winning streak to 10 consecutive matches with a 3-0 win over Knox College in the Green Knights' Midwest Conference opener on Connie Tilley Court at Schuldes Sports Center.

The Green Knights are now 13-4 overall and 1-0 in the MWC, while Knox remained winless at 0-17, 0-3.

St. Norbert hit .269 in the match, posting 25 kills against seven errors in 67 attempts. Breanne Brocker and Danielle Remy had nine kills apiece, with Brocker getting her nine kills with no errors in 18 attempts. Catherine Guido had 13 digs, while Abby West added 11 assists. Heidi Spies had four blocks.

Knox hit a minus-.062 for the match (15-19-65). Kaylie Prince had five kills, while Lisa Blagg added eight digs.
