ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - St. Norbert College finished in 12th place at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Midwest Regional hosted by Augustana College at Saukie Golf Course.

The Green Knights totaled 338 points for their 12th-place finish. Washington (Mo.) was the team champion with 24 points. UW-Oshkosh's Christy Cazzola was the individual champion in 21 minutes 31 seconds. A total of 264 runners competed.

Mackenzie Weber finished in 16th place to lead St. Norbert, finishing with a time of 22:35. Weber's chance of running at next weekend's NCAA Division III Championship is dependent on how many teams from the Midwest Regional are selected by the national committee. If four teams are selected, Weber will race. If only three are picked, Weber will miss the cut. The committee will announce its selections on Sunday afternoon.

Emily Schudrowitz was St. Norbert's next runner, finishing in 67th with a time of 23:51. Kelsey Timm was 73rd with a time of 23:59, while Sara Hansenjager was 93rd in 24:17. Erin McShea completed the St. Norbert scoring with a 95th-place finish in 24:19.

Elvia Martinez finished in 129th with a time of 24:56, and Emily Erickson was 151st in 25:20.
