Pelky Named Honorable Mention All-America by WBCA

DE PERE - The Women's Basketball Coaches Association selected senior guard Krista Pelky as an honorable mention selection to its All-America team.

Pelky, an Oshkosh native, led St. Norbert in scoring this season at 17.8 points per game, leading the Green Knights to a 19-5 record and a Midwest Conference championship at 17-1. Pelky also led the team in assists at 3.5 per game.

Pelky shot 47.3 percent (150-for-317) from the floor, 51.1 percent (49-for-90) from beyond the three-point arc and 89.0 percent (81-for-91) at the free-throw line.

Pelky finished her career with 1,170 career points to rank eighth on the St. Norbert all-time scoring list.
