Green Knights Fall Twice at Carthage

KENOSHA - St. Norbert College dropped a pair of matches on the second day of the Carthage College Tournament, losing in four sets to Dominican University and in three sets to nationally ranked Carthage at Tarble Arena.

The Green Knights (8-5) fell to Dominican 24-26, 25-14, 25-18, 25-14 and then lost to No. 16 Carthage 25-16, 27-25, 25-20.

Against Dominican, St. Norbert was led by 17 kills and nine blocks from Danielle Remy. Abby West added 40 assists. Breanne Brocker finished with 19 digs and five kills, while Heidi Spies had 18 digs and six kills.

Remy added six kills and seven blocks against Carthage. Mary Kate Manion totaled eight digs and seven kills. Kaitlin Delahaut compiled 20 assists.
