Green Knights Fare Well at Ripon Invitational

RIPON - St. Norbert College's women's track and field team had several strong performances at a four-school unscored meet at Ripon College's Ingalls Field.
Jenny Scherer picked up a win in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, winning by 3/4 of a minute with a time of 11:46.27.
Ashley Graybill won the 200-meter dash by 3/4 of a second, winning with a time of 26.34 seconds. She also placed second in the 100-meter dash with a sprint of 12.83 seconds.
Katie Meyer won the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:02.21.
Emily Sommers placed second in the women's long jump with a distance of 4.90 meters. Anne Mueller also added a runner-up showing in the 100-meter high hurdles with a time of 16.83 seconds.
The Green Knights' 4x400-meter relay team also claimed a first-place finish with a run of 4:05.57.
