St. Norbert Falls Late at UW-Oshkosh

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College yielded two second-half goals and lost 2-1 to UW-Oshkosh in a non-conference match at Titan Stadium.

The Green Knights (7-3-2) held a 1-0 lead at halftime thanks to Katie Vanden Avond's NCAA Division III-leading 20th goal of the season at the 28:38 mark. Stephanie Pedretti assisted.

The Titans (5-5-1) answered with goals in the 49th minute by Christina Mauthe and in the 80th minute by Megan White.

Oshkosh outshot St. Norbert 12-10 and held a 6-3 edge in corner kicks. Sarah Platzer made three saves for St. Norbert. Katie Berkopec and Nina Muzi each worked a half for Oshkosh and made one save each.
