St. Norbert Wins Wisconsin Private Schools Championship

MEQUON - St. Norbert College won the title of the Wisconsin Private Schools Cross Country Championship with a balanced performance at Concordia University Wisconsin.
The Green Knights totaled a scant 42 points to finish well ahead of runner-up Carthage College, which had 61 points. Carthage's Katie Kummerer was the individual champion with a time of 22:30.9 over the 6K course.
Elvia Martinez led the St. Norbert contingent with a time of 23:11.9 to finish in third place. Charlotte Walsh placed fifth with a time of 24:04.1
Hannah Andrekus placed 10th with a time of 24:31, followed close behind by Erin Artz, who finished 11th in 24:32.2. Brittany Kozlowski was 13th in 24:39.3.
Lauren Janes finished 17th in 24:48.5, and Alyssa Price placed 21st in 24:59.3.
