St. Norbert Goals Flow Forth in Win Over Cornell

DE PERE - St. Norbert College scored at least 10 goals in a match for just the fourth time in school history as the Green Knights rolled to a 10-0 win over Cornell College in a Midwest Conference match at Schneider Stadium.

The Green Knights (7-7-2, 6-2 MWC) scored 10 goals in a match for the first time in 10 years, last doing so in a 10-2 win over Knox College on Oct. 4, 2003 at the Minahan Stadium Complex. St. Norbert scored a school-record 11 goals in a win over Ripon College in 1988 and also had 10 goals in a win over Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1985.

St. Norbert scored two goals in the first 5 minutes 21 seconds of the match and cruised from there.

Nate Felhofer picked up his first career hat trick, and also added an assist for a seven-point outing. Trevor Scales and Jake Antoniewicz both had two goals apiece. Kevin Marx scored one goal and had two assists, while Nathan Angell and Joe Fabich each had two assists. Patrick Hehir and Cayden Lasecki also scored goals for the Green Knights.

St. Norbert outshot Cornell 30-5. Scott Faul made two saves for the Green Knights, while Mitchell Leroy added one. Connor Hagen made three saves for the Rams.
