Green Knights Finish Fourth at MWC Championship

GRINNELL, Iowa - St. Norbert College turned in a fourth-place showing at the Midwest Conference Cross Country Championship hosted at Oakland Acres Golf Club by Grinnell College.

The Green Knights finished with 94 points. Grinnell College won the conference championship with 56 points, nipping Cornell College, which had 57 points. Lawrence University was third with 75 points. Grinnell's Sarah Burnell won the conference title with a 6k time of 22:42.73.

Elvia Martinez finished in fifth place to lead the Green Knights, finishing with a time of 23:!4.12. Charlotte Walsh finished tenth with a time of 23:38.01. Brittany Kozlowski placed 18th with a time of 24:05.33.

Haley Joosten finished 30th with a time of 24:36.49, followed by Hannah Andrekus' 31st-place finish in 24:39.72. Taylor Miller was 37th in 24:54.06, and Alyssa Price was 38th in 24:54.70.
