Green Knights Finish 21st at NCAA Regional

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - St. Norbert College finished 21st out of 39 teams at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional at Saukie Golf Course.

The Green Knights finished with 635 points. North Central College finished with 56 points to earn the team championship. Washington (Mo.) University was second with 101 points. North Central's John Crain won the 8-kilometer race with a time of 24:17.2.

Michael Linzmeier led St. Norbert with an overall finish of 123rd place with a time of 27:10.0. Nathan Heppe was one place behind Linzmeier with a time of 27:10.2. Benny Swift was 129th with a time of 27:17.3.

Daniel Reigh placed 132nd with a time of 27:19.6, while Michael Heise was 137th with a time of 27:26.1. Alexander Clemetson was 186th with a time of 28:10.5, while Hayden Hoffmann was 206th with a time of 28:40.6.
