Laterza, Bunk Earn D3football.com All-Region Mention

DE PERE - St. Norbert College senior defensive back Frank Laterza and senior offensive lineman Jacob Bunk were named to the D3football.com All-West Region Team.

Laterza was named a second-team honoree at cornerback, while Bunk was a third-team selection at tackle.

Laterza, a Barrington Hills, Ill., native and a St. Viator High School graduate, led the Green Knights this season with six interceptions with 121 return yards. He added seven passes defended, two fumble recoveries and one forced fumbled to his total of 23 tackles.

Bunk, a St. Francis native and a St. Francis High School graduate, anchored the offensive line from his left tackle position. The Green Knights averaged 234.2 yards rushing per game this season with 30 rushing touchdowns. St. Norbert's 2,576 rushing yards this season was the second-highest total in school history.
