Green Knights Fall to Grinnell

WAUKESHA - St. Norbert College's men's soccer season came to an end with a 1-0 loss to Grinnell College in the semifinals of the Midwest Conference Tournament at Carroll University.

The Green Knights end their season 13-6. Grinnell (12-5-1) advanced to play Carroll in the championship.

Grinnell scored the game's lone goal at 31 minutes 24 seconds into the match on an unassisted score by Mark Rosenberg.

Ben Schemper talled five saves to post the shutout for Grinnell. Noah Davis made four saves for the Green Knights.

St. Norbert and Grinnell were equal in shots at 9-9. The Pioneers had the edge in corner kicks 5-4, while the Green Knights had nine fouls to Grinnell's seven.
