NABC Names DeValk Second-Team All-District

DE PERE - St. Norbert College sophomore guard D.J. DeValk has been named second-team All-District in the Central Region by the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

DeValk, a Little Chute native, was a first-team All-Midwest Conference selection and was named third-team All-Central Region by D3hoops.com earlier this week. DeValk averaged a team-high 16.3 points per game and was second on the team in assists with 89. DeValk's 455 points scored this season are the most for a St. Norbert player in the last 13 seasons.

St. Norbert finished 25-3 overall and went undefeated in the Midwest Conference for the third-consecutive season at 18-0. The Green Knights advanced to the NCAA Division III Tournament's Sweet 16 before losing to Alma College 70-64 in a sectional semifinal.
