St. Norbert Sets Team Scoring Record For Second Consecutive Week

DELAVAN - St. Norbert College set a 36-hole scoring record for the second weekend in a row with an eighth-place finish at the UW-Whitewater Tournament at Delbrook Golf Course.

The Green Knights finished with a 358-345--703 to set a new 36-hole record after shooting a 710 last weekend at the Benedictine Invitational. St. Norbert finished eighth out of 15 teams with its score. Carthage College won the team title with a 318-315--633. Lake Forest College's Allie Girard was the medalist with a 73-80--153.

Kelsey Motto finished in a tie for 23rd place with an 86-83--169. Elizabeth Bobinski finished in a tie for 23rd place with an 86-86--172.

Kayley Sjoholm finished in a tie for 49th place with a 91-89--180, while Taylor Obry was tied for 55th place with a 95-89--184. Megan Lau finished in 60th place with a 101-87--188.
