Golomski To Be Inducted Into National High School Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame

DE PERE - St. Norbert College assistant football coach Ken Golomski will be inducted into the National High School Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

Golomski, who recently completed his ninth season on the St. Norbert football staff, was the highly successful head coach at Ashwaubenon High School for 24 years from 1983 to 2007. He will be honored at the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame Banquet at the Middleton Marriott West on Saturday, March 25.

During his tenure, the Jaguars won nine Bay Conference championships and qualified for the WIAA Playoffs 14 times. Ashwaubenon captured WIAA Division 2 state championships in 1996, 2000, 2001 and 2005 and finished as the state runner-up in 1993 and 1998.

Golomski, who finished with a career record of 183-92, was named Wisconsin Coach of the Year in 1996 and 2005 and was inducted into the WFCA Hall of Fame in 2005.
