Herman, DMR Lead St. Norbert at UW-Whitewater

WHITEWATER - St. Norbert College was placed by a pair of first-place finishes by Kristina Herman and the distance medley relay at the UW-Whitewater Invitational.
The Green Knights finished in seventh place out of 10 teams with 46.5 points. Whitewater won the team title with 135 points.
Herman won the shot put with a heave of 41 feet 1/2 inch, while the distance medley relay of Megan Cibulka, Brooke Freitag, Mckenna Egnarski and Alyssa Wegner won with a time of 13:25.55.
The 4x200-meter relay of Maddie LeBrun, Sarah Duff, Erin Lang and Kaitlyn Hintz was second with a time of 1:49.82.
Haley Joosten finished in fourth place in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:19.19. Sam Morateck was fifth in the high jump with a height of 4-11.
Lisa Baeten finished in sixth place in the 1-mile run in 5:23.22, while Wegner was eighth in 5:35.92.
Erin Lang was eighth in the triple jump with a distance of 33-7 1/2.
