Green Knights Compete at UW-Stevens Point

STEVENS POINT - St. Norbert College finished in sixth place at the UW-Stevens Point Mad Dog Invitational.

The Green Knights finished with 34 points. Host Stevens Point won the team title with 205 points.

St. Norbert won the 4x200-meter relay, with Jon Gregory, Ryan Grandlic, Michael DeGroot and Colin O'Brien turning the circuit at 1:31.30. Tyler Lewis, Evan Watzka, Grandlic and Gregory were second in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:21.34.

Colin O'Brien was fifth in the 200-meter dash in 23.38 seconds and was sixth in the 60-meter dash in 7.30 seconds.

Lake LaChapelle was fifth in the high jump at 5 feet 8 3/4 inches. Dominic DiBenedetto was sixth in the shot put at 44-6 1/4, while Max Schermacher was eighth in the pole vault at 13-10 1/2.
