She was St. Norbert's first NCAA indoor track and field All-American in a running event when she placed third in the 800-meter run in 1994. A seven-time MWC champion, she won four consecutive 800-meter titles at the outdoor championships.

O'Malley, a 2003 graduate, was a four-year letterwinner in football from 1999 to 2002. He was a first-team All-America selection at offensive tackle by the American Football Coaches Association and Football Gazette in 2002, and played in the Aztec Bowl that December. A three-time first-team All-MWC selection, the Green Knights won conference championships in each of his four seasons.

Sunday, a 2007 graduate, was a four-year letterwinner in men's tennis from 2004 to 2007 and was a two-year letterwinner in men's soccer from 2003 to 2004. He qualified for the 32-player NCAA Division III singles championship in 2006 and 2007, finishing his career with a 102-10 singles record. The only player in MWC history to win four conference titles at the No. 1 flight, he was a two-time Academic All-America selection.

Tew, a 2005 graduate, was a four-year letterwinner in men's hockey from 2002 to 2005.
