Green Knights Open Season at Coe Tournament

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - St. Norbert College opened its season with a pair of losses at the Coe College Mabel Lee Invitational. The Green Knights lost in three sets to UW-La Crosse 29-27, 25-17, 25-16 and in four sets to Coe College 16-25, 25-20, 25-16, 25-23.

The Green Knights hit .114 against La Crosse, with 27 kills and 15 errors in 105 attempts. Halie Ferry led St. Norbert with nine kills, while Haley Bartz and Brooke Siebert had six kills apiece. Jaisah Lee had 25 digs, while Siebert added 11 digs.

Against Coe, St. Norbert hit .145. The Green Knights had 27 kills with 11 errors in 110 attempts.

Lexie Van Hiel had nine kills and six blocks for St. Norbert. Ferry had seven kills and 15 digs. Emily Rohloff finished with 14 assists.
