Green Knights Split at UW-Oshkosh Invitational

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College split its pair of matches at the UW-Oshkosh Pizza Hut Classic to finish the two-day tournament 3-1. The Green Knights lost to Washington (Mo.) University 22-25, 25-22, 25-19, 25-16 before beating Martin Luther College 19-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-16 at Kolf Sports Center.

The Green Knights hit .333 (45-11-102) against Washington but were countered by the Bears' lusty .458 (58-9-107) hitting percentage. Halie Ferry finished with 16 kills, while Brooke Siebert added 14 kills and Lexie Van Hiel nine kills. Emily Rohloff had 23 assists, while Anna Berghoefer had 17 assists.

Maddy Miller led the defense with 16 digs.

Against Martin Luther, the Green Knights hit .296 (49-15-115). Ferry had 14 kills and Siebert added 13 kills. Berghoefer totaled 13 assists and Rohloff 12. Rohloff finished with three service aces and Ferry had two

Siebert had a team-high seven digs. Van Hiel and Haley Bartz had two blocks apiece.

Van Hiel was named to the All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of play.
