Green Knights Begin Play at Carthage Tournament

KENOSHA - St. Norbert College began play in the Carthage College Tournament with a 3-0 loss to the host Lady Reds at Tarble Arena. The Green Knights fell by scores of 25-14, 25-20, 25-17.

Halie Ferry led St. Norbert with 11 kills, while Lexie Van Hiel added seven kills and Brooke Siebert added six kills. Anna Berghoefer and Emily Rohloff had 13 assists apiece. St. Norbert finished with 29 kills and 19 errors in 110 attempts for a hitting percentage of .091.

Siebert finished with a team-high 10 digs. Ferry collected seven digs and Rohloff added six. Van Hiel and Haley Bartz had two blocks apiece.

St. Norbert concludes the Carthage Tournament Saturday with matches against Alma College and Concordia University Wisconsin at 10 a.m. and Noon, respectively.
